At Sanctuary Oysters, our team members are the most valued aspect of our company. We are proud to employ a passionate team of men and women from the surrounding rural beaches of Baja California. With an almost equal distribution of jobs between men and women, we are committed to gender equality in the workplace, and we provide child-care for our working families. Our team is dedicated to their work and the Sanctuary Oysters core purpose, creating joy and nutrition from the ocean with a commitment to the health of our planet. Recently, we celebrated our team with care packages consisting of take-home goodies so they could share a meal and quality time with their families. Just as we give care and attention to the environment where we grow our oysters, we believe we must also give an equal level of care an attention to our team members so they can thrive both professionally and personally. Additionally, we recently unveiled our newest company branded swag, sun-hats, and our incredible team was excited to be the first to test them out.
