Romantic Oyster Recipe #1 - Decadent luxury

Nothing screams romance and luxury more than caviar, oysters and sparkling wine! Indulge in ice cold oysters topped with sparkling wine, a drop of lemon, caviar and cool sour cream. You’ll need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

12 Sanctuary Oysters

1 Bottle of dry Sparkling Wine or Champagne

12 tsp of Pacific Sturgeon Caviar

6 tsp of good sour cream

Juice of 1 lemon

Finely chopped fresh chives for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1.     Shuck 12 Sanctuary Oysters and put on ice.

2.     Pop open your favorite bubbly – the drier the better. Pour 1/2 tsp on each of oysters.

3.     Add a drop of lemon juice.

4.     Top each oyster with ½ tsp of sour cream and 1 tsp of caviar. Hint: Place caviar on the oyster meat, out of the juices. The wine and liquid can cause the caviar to separate.

5.     Garnish with chives if you wish.

6.     Indulge!
